has anyone already experience in configuring a Radware loadbalancer with CA PAM 4.3 ?
In the documentation only the use of Apache, F5 and NGINX is described.
Thanks and best regards,
I am not familiar with Radware. We only certified Apache, F5 and NginX load balancers with PAM. Some clients have had success configuring other load balancers using our install guide instructions for the certified load balancers and adapting that to their load balancer. Keep in mind that we have not tested other load balancers and they may or may not work with PAM.
Could you install CA PAM with RADWARE?
my customer managed it himself, but I don't know, what he did. But as it is running, PAM works with RADWARE.
Hi MarkusMy name is Steve Trobridge and I am the support delivery manager for Process Automation globally.
I am delighted to hear that your customer has managed to get Radware working with Process Automation. As Andy Thompson correctly stated earlier in this thread, currently CA Technologies does not offer support for Radware in our documentation as we have not certified it as a third party app, and therefore we do not list it as a fully supported option in our documentation. However, if we were to be given your users documentation on what he did to get this to work with CA Process Automation, we could build out our own environment within CA and acquire a RADWARE license to fully certify the offering and provide full support for it to your, and other customers thereafter.
Could I therefore ask you to discuss this with your user colleague and see if you can get him to provide us with the complete steps he used to establish this Radware integratrion so that we can then test, certify and include Radware support to our PA customer base hereafter ? Thank you in anticipation With kind regards
I will ask the customer, when I am onsite the next time. Unfortunately, I have nothing at the moment.
I got the information from the customer and created a new communities entry for this:
PAM Radware Cluster Config
I could install CA PAM 4.3.2 with Radware and Oracle RAC.
It works Well (I think), I had to create a balancer.html page to include or not servers into Radware balancer from JBoss root folder in CA PAM. With this, when one of PAM servers goles down, the VIP address send the request to other PAM server un balance.
Just I have a problem with CA SOI communication. I can't see CA PAM forms from CA SOI.
Integration between CA PAM and CA SOI was successfully in the configuration page, but forms is not appearing.
I think I am forgeting something.
