  • 1.  Cannot fill in mandatory field in Jaspersoft, spanish language user

    The OOTB Clarity's Jaspersoft reports work fine, but when using a user with Language = Spanish, the reports included in the Library do not allow to select values for the mandatory fields.

    It mentions they are mandatory (message "Este campo es obligatorio..." ), but shows an empty list of values.

     

    Have you seen that? How do think is solved?

    Hi Juan,

     

    Please check if Spanish is added to your Datawarehouse settings in System Options. If it was not added, add it, and run DWH job until completion.

    Normally this should be enough to solve your issue. Please note though that adding too many languages can result in performance hit on Load DWH job, so add only the languages that are really needed.

    Clearly there are some things to improve in the reports multilanguage features, but at least is working fine now.
