CA ITPAM DATABASE ERROR

Hello all , Whenever i open CA ITPAM 4.2 it is giving me the error " An error has occured on the server" . And on the c2o log it is written that "

Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: Cannot open database "XYZ_PAM_RTDB" requested by the login. The login failed.
