Reports unable to generate

Hello Team

The reporting issue with Service desk has occurred. I logged in to do my weekly reports this morning but I cant generate any reports. I have trouble-shooted like  restarting the boxi server, updating my details in the Central management console etc but the issue still persists. Kindly help what could be the reason of it? what should i check more??
