Single Sign on not working for Approval Process

Hi All,

 

We have enabled Single sign on to our catalog with Windows login. However, when trying to approve request through the link sent in request notification mail, it asks for logging in. Below is the mail being sent out and the links are present in the Tools option of the Administrator.

 

Please let me know, what is the change required to approve without logging in.
