DX Unified Infrastructure Management

I have a problem to install the version, I had the old version, tried by upgrade without success, now I removed all instalations and tried install again with this erros.

Do you know what the problem?

HELP????!!!!!

From the log we can see that the ADE probe fails to deploy the UMP package to the robot you selected as your UMP server. Can you please verify if UserAccountControl and Antivirus is disabled on the target robot?

Also, can you confirm if you are trying to upgrade the UIM Snap version with the standard UIM/UMP 8.31  (as per D:\Program Files\CA\UIM Snap\)?

Thanks for the message.

UserAccountControl and Antivirus are enabled, our security policy is don't turn off.

We had a older version in thi server but was uninstalled before start the process to install this new version.
