  • 1.  Duplicate Financial Plan Idea Conversion to Service

    Has anyone seen a case where the conversion of an idea with a financial plan to a service results in a duplicated plan?

     

    - Approve idea with financial plan

    - Convert to Service, check the box to copy financial properties/plans

    - Service has two identical financial plans

     

    Is it a bug ? This only happens when converting to a service. Converting to a project, other work, application, and product are all fine.

    NJ,

     

    I tried to replicate this in 14.3 but worked as expected with just 1 plan created.

    Which version of Clarity are you on?

    Do you have any custom processes left over from previous versions? (back when cost plans didn't come over with conversion)
