I'm trying to get up the Service Desk Manager service and I come across this error, someone could help me?
What is the environment that you own?
There was an error during installation?
You had already installed the system?
The system showsed error after installation and you restarted the system or is the first time that the system would start?
Did you use the the command "net start" or used the "Services.exe"?
It is a virtual testing machine, which I adjusted to the specifications of prerequisites of CA SDM.
This happened today when I called my machine to continue the test implementations. I went up the service of my database, the CA EEM and then when I tried to go up the CA SDM, came this error. I never had this problem before.
No, no errors during installation, so it strange. Everything was working properly until last week. Use these commands only when I see a port conflict.
I checked the log and found the possible cause of the problem:
09.18 15: 48: 57,252 ERROR ProcessUtilities.java 569 Can not run program "F: \ CA \ bin \ pdm_status.exe" (in directory "F: \ CA \ bin"): CreateProcess error = 216 This version of% 1 is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information and Then contact the software publisher
You know something about it?
Prior the installation, was the 8dot3 file notation enabled? Ensure the system requirements are met prior installing the SDM.
They were yes. I was operating normally until yesterday, I can not understand how a sudden an error like this can occur.
It's first time i see this error. But, it's as if the error was on the version Java x OS.
Thank you for answering.I'm using jdk 1.7.0_51 and jre7 for solutions. Would if I update Java, or install a newer version, the SDM back to work?
I was investigating the logs and found this. What may have caused this error?
3 16:55:44.383 ERROR AutoDetectManager.java 169 Error in comparing version.
Do you did whatNaveen_Desham said?
What version java did you use? 32 bits or 64bits?
Hi Ana - We're you able to resolve your issue? If so please mark the appropriate response as Correct Answer. Thanks! Chris
