Auto ticket closure issue

CA Service desk-12.5 is integrated with spectrum-9.2. CA Service Desk tickets are created when an alarm is raised in CA Spectrum, and when it is cleared in spectrum, some tickets are auto closed but not all. Need whenever is alarm cleared in spectrum, the associated ticket in service desk should be closed. Please suggest.
