Will CABI 3.3 works with Clarity 14.1 ?

    Hi Team,

     

    I have a question , currently we have two servers one is Clarity14.2 and other one is Clarity 14.1. I want to use CABI using both the Clarity servers 14.1 and 14.2 for time being till the reports gets re-created in Jaspersoft.

     

    If we upgrade existing CABI 3.2 to CABI 3.3 Crystal Reports will work on Clarity 14.1 or not ?

    Hi Pruthvi,

     

    With 14.1 CA Business Intelligence Release 3.3 SP2 - (SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 Service Pack 7) is supported and with 14,2 also CA Business Intelligence Release 3.3 SP2 - (SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 Service Pack 7). So eventually both the versions are same.

     

    Now coming to out of box crystal reports you need to import the new biar files which comes with the product. And for custom reports you need to validate individually.

    Thanks for the reply.

     

    Currently we are having the following values on BO Server pulled from CMC settings page.

     

    Build Number:  1190 

    Product Version:  12.5.0.1190 

     

    will this version of CABI is compatible with Clarity 14.2 ?
