Request Area has to be made Mandatory in my CA Servicedesk

Hello CA World,

 

 

actually i want to make one Request Area which named as Tech Area to mandatory in my CA Service desk environment why because all my end users were not selecting proper request area when they are raising requests in service desk

 

i mean it they were simply selecting main request area instead of request area along with sub-problem-category
