Alarm Status Column in CA Report Manager (CABI)

    We are using Spectrum 9.4 and using CABI as the reporting tool. We have a requirement to fetch alarm reports with the value of "Alarm Status" and "Troubleticket ID" columns of each alarm. CABI has the feature to pull "Troubleticket ID" column values; but we are unable to pull the values from "Alarm Status" column. We also tried to fetch the data from the database by using custom queries but we are unaware of the database schema of the reporting database. Kindly provide us a way to fetch this data.
