That did do the trick, however when I click on the Test Connection button i get the following error....
Error connecting to ServiceDesk Manager.
The Base URL mentioned is not correct. Cannot reach a valid CA Service Data Source web service.
The system was unable to log you in. Please make sure the provided credentials are right.
This is strange as when I go to that URL I can login as the same user to which I am currently logged into the portal as. Both these applications are on the same box.
