when I run a detail or summary report we get 'Preparing Report' the screen comes back with a big white page with only the 'Print' button.
I tried the steps below and it did not resolved the issue. We had the ‘0’ value hidden in our Impact table which was the root cause for the issue. Once the value was made active the reports began to work again. Thanks

Does this issue occurs when using all the browsers and all the user access types? Add the CA Service Desk URL to the IE's Trusted site's list, AND then disable pop-up blocker in that Trusted Sites zone. Also, verify how the URL is constructed clicking on summary or detailed report and also ensure that the variable in NX.ENV is set to @NX_PARADIGMUSER=ServiceDesk.

Which browser are you using? If IE, try to enable compatibility mode.
Does it work or do you get same behavior with other browsers, e.g. Chrome or Firefox?
