  • 1.  request status not available in Set Request Status operator

    I am trying to complete a process flow for ordering new equipment. I have created a new status of 'Pending Approval' and updated the SDM Dataset, but when I create use the operator 'Set Request Status' there is only a subset of statuses available to choose from and the new 'Pending Approval' is not among them. How do I get that list of available statuses updated to reflect the actual statuses available in SDM? I see all the status codes in the SDM Dataset but that operator does not reflect those statuses.

    Hi,

    'Set Request Status' operator includes the pre-defined statuses that come out of the box as part of Service Desk. This is reason you will not be able to see any new status that are created in Service Desk as part of this operator. I

    I would recommend using ' Update Request Status' operator and as part of this operator include status attribute to be the one to be updated and include the code as part of value.
