All my date format are configure as dd/mm/yyyy but only the description of the auto close activity is showing the date as mm/dd/yyyy. How can I change that?
in the actvity log!
I ran this commands and it seemed to solve the problem:
pdm_options_mgr -s EXPANDER_FORMAT -v dd/mm/yyyy -a pdm_option.inst
pdm_options_mgr -t EXPANDER_FORMAT -v dd/mm/yyyy -a pdm_option.inst
Are you referring to the actual activity showing in the activity log on the ticket or are you referring to the email notification message that goes out for when the auto-close occurs?
