Unified Self Service - Report an Issue

I have USS integrated with 14.1, we do not use Service Desk catalog, I was wondering if there was a way to have Request a Service and Report an Issue displayed on the home screen for an end user to pick which.  Currently I can only have request a service either generate an Incident or Request, can't seem to get both displayed.....




Any ideas?
