Dear team ,

I wrote a site defined condition for a single field based on contact.The site defined condition are gets attached in events.

After raising the ticket the mail escalation does not work.

I wrote a site defined attribute as customer.name

I don't believe there is an attribute on the contact (cnt) object called "name".
