creating unique event from BGP peer IP address

What I need is a way to get the information with the BGP peers IP address
Into the infoview service reports so I can make individual SLA reports per bgp peer

From the event viewer. this is a BGP alarm / trap
    0x220011 or 0x220015

A bgpBackwardTransition trap has been received for this device.  The peer router is {S 5}, the current state is {T bgpPeerState 3}, and the LastError is {O 1}.

what I want to do is take the S5 variable and use it to generate a separate Spectrum event that can then be incorporated into a Spectrum service.

this service can then be used as an SLA with my provider. Keep in mind we do not have a single physical interface for each BGP peer.

we use sub interfaces which in most cases do not go to a critical condition. We have about a dozen or so of these peers configured this way.

we want to know when the BGP peering goes down; not necessarily with a physical interface outage.

    conceptually I want something like if {s5} = IP1 then event 0x1111

                                                            else if {s5} = IP2 then event 0x1112

and so on for the handful of BGP peers.

again my goal is to use this information from "infoview" for my SLA with the provider
