I need to change the Active Flag default on the Incident and Problem search form, list_in.htmpl and list_pr.htmpl, so that it does not default to "Active" but defaults to < empty > instead. I have tried everything I can think of but it simply does not work. I even tried to change it to a sfDropdown like what is used on the list_chg.htmpl search (which also doesn't default to < empty >) instead of using the searchFilterDropdown and it didn't work either. CA Support has not been able to find a solution. I wondered if anyone here has been able to do anything like this. We are on Service Desk Manager version 12.9 and are about to start working on upgrading to 14.1.
