I could not able to clear sd tickets by using achieve and purge rules.
When you say you are not able to clear SD tickets by using the Archive & Purge rules, can you provide some details on the actual problem you are encountering? Is it that the Archive & Purge rules dont run? Or do they run but not purge anything? Also can you provide us a screenshot or the details on which archive and purge rule you are using and how its configured?
Archive and purge are runs but it does not clear any sd tickets.
For example, please try to provide the detail screen of the Archive and Purge rule named 'Incident'. Especially, we would like to see the value of the "Days Inactive" field on the rule. Your target ticket has been closed before the days that is set to the Days Inactive? Also, the target ticket should be closed with inactive status in order to purge it by the archive and purge feature.
If it has been met the condition, I recommend to attach the stdlog and the arcpur.log in the (SDM installation folder)\log folder that were updated when you tried to archive/purge by this feature to this discussion.

The days inactive has been set 30. Your target ticket to purge was closed over 30 days? If the ticket was closed in 29 days, it should not be purged. I suppose it is the date/time in the "Close Date/Time" on the incident detail about that
I given that but also tickets are not deleting.
