Virtualizing CA Service Desk

Hi,

 

A customer intends to record the transactions between the browser and back end CA Service Desk 14.0. The use cases are for call logging and ticket opening. The SD system is not available all the time for testing and hence the requirement.

 

Has anyone virtualized CA Service Desk before? Any challenges encountered?
