We want to customize the below requirement for one of our customer.
There are multiple groups related to multiple Incident Areas.
Analyst has selected one Incident Area and now if user clicks on Groups then only particular group can be visible rather than all groups available in Service Desk.
This will be work in run time ie.e. if analyst again changes the Incident area then automatically selected group will become blank and he has to select again fromavailable list in the groups.
Please share your suggestions.
This type of logic CA already did in analyst selection after entering groups in group field in Incident ticket. If I can know the same logic then also it will be helpful for me.
