  • 1.  URL for the "user profil"

    Hi folks,

     

    I'm trying to integrate our phone system with servicedesk.

     

    When a l1 technician take a call, it will open the user profile in service desk. Can someone know the URL for doing this? ? something like : ?OP=SHOW_PROFILE+QBE.EQ.userid=USERIDHERE

    I've found that?OP=DISPLAY_FORM+HTMPL=profile_browser.htmpl+PERSID=PERSIDOFCONTACTHERE

     

    works perfectly fine, but i can only get the userid or the phone number.

     

    I'm trying to figure out how to customize the profile_browser.htmpl file to accept userid as an argument.
