If EEM is configured to 'Store in internal user store' (Configure > User Store > User Store, when logged into EEM as eiamadmin) you can:
1) Logout of EEM and log back in as eiamadmin selecting 'CA Service Catalog' from the 'Application' dropdown
2) Select 'Manage Identifies' tab
3) Search and select 'spadmin'
4) Under the 'Authentication' section select the 'Reset Password' check box and provide a password
5) Select 'Save'
