Clarity

Hi All,

We are unable to add tasks on timesheet? When we click on "Add Task" or "Add Other Time" we are getting error like "System error. Contact system administrator".

We have verified app-ca.log, we got below error:

java.lang.Exception: Failure while evaluating "timesheetValidatorOption('autoapprove')" in expression "{timesheetValidatorOption('autoapprove')}" error: Invalid expression timesheetValidatorOption('autoapprove'): Validation Manager initialize method cannot be invoked

Caused by: java.lang.Exception: Invalid expression timesheetValidatorOption('autoapprove'): Validation Manager initialize method cannot be invoked.

Could you please help how can we resolve this.? Thanks.

Did you restart the app service?

We have restarted app service couple of times, but there is no use.
