    Hi All,

     

    Need some help in creating report in IDAP portal using the reporting tools.

     

    Report to get list of approved request by the system owner/ approver - by daily / weekly / monthly / yearly & - by application control by the system owner

    Hi Nor.Zaili,

     

    What version of API Developer Portal are you running? If it is v3.0 or v3.1, you can find a list of reports and how to generate them on the sub-pages of this particular wiki page: https://wiki.ca.com/display/APIDP31/Generate+Reports

     

    The above links walks you through the following reports:

     

     

    If it is a custom report you are looking for, the data can likely be taken out of the database holding the metric data, but CA Support cannot release the details of the SQL commands to run to gather it as directly editing or querying the database isn't officially supported. Any database edits/queries are done "at your own risk".
