Anyone Using CA Service Desk CMDB with 3rd Party Asset Mgmt or Monitoring?

We are currently using CA Service Desk 12.9 and have other non-CA tools in our environment for asset management (LANDesk) and monitoring (SolarWinds). Today we use the Service Desk CMDB primarily for associating CIs to tickets; however all pertinent CI attributes are recorded in the other tools through their discovery methods. It also worth mentioning that we have not recorded any relationship data in any of the tools. We would like to address these gaps by syncing the data we have in the other tools with the CMDB. We populated many of our CIs using web services or GRLoader by simple export/import, but we would like to take advantage of the MDR capabilities of the CMDB to maintain consistency. I wanted to ask the community if anyone is running in a similar environment, if so what tools are you using and how did you configure them to sync with the CMDB? We are trying to determine what are options are and if development costs are needed to achieve our desired state. Any advice, recommendations and/or guidance would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
