Flow Analysis stopped working when environment upgraded to v8.31 from v7.6

    hello.

     

    HELP!!!!

     

    just upgraded our UIM from v7.6 to v8.31 and all of a sudden.. our flow, in particular, the flow portlet stopped working... flow probe is up and running...but when launching the flow portlet..we get this message:

    and when trying to click the configuration icon...we get this...

    or

     

    Have tried uninstalling and re-installing the flow and rebooted the server.. but to no avail...

     

    please please help.
