    I have a question! It's possible to build a Dashboard that show me in live data from the tickets?

    Yes, Dashboard reports can be created using Desktop Intelligence Tool.

     

    On properties has a option to setting how many seconds.

    You need to use on CA BI Server

    But i forgot ... a little comment the official solution for dashboard on CA Service Management is Xtraction and it's all ready to use.
