I have created a project using my account and don't see colloboration tab, though i have all neccessary access and coult not see the coloboration tab. Please do the needful at the earliest.
I take it is not one of the v12.x's with the bug?
Do you see yourself as the collaboration manager in Team > Participants?
Can you check if the Collaboration tab is active on the selected layout for the project?
What version are of Clarity is this occurring in?

Did you check the participant's under team tab.
Do you find your name there as Collaboration manager or participants.

Check the project layout for the collaboration tab.
Even with all the necessary rights, there has been a bug in some versions of CA PPM. It had been fixed at one point, but we saw in latter versions of 12.x and in 13.1. We skipped 13.2/3 and are on 14.2, now - no problems yet, though I still see some projects where the tab order is inexplicably different. I use the same workaround now that I did with 13.x for missing Collaboration tab:
- Open project to Properties page
- Click on Manage Tabs icon
- Click "Restore Defaults"
If you are seeing this on many/all projects, you may want to restore the project properties view on the admin side and publish the change.
On 13.x, though we applied these workarounds, the problem would periodically reappear on some projects - never did learn what the trigger was.
