Enterprise Dashboard Registry Status meaning

so we have an Enterprise Dashboard loaded in Amazon.

and I have 4 different registries connected.

3 of the 4 show 'Running', and one shows 'Stopped', even tho its not.

the three that work are all in the same VPC, but in separate systems.

the 4th is in a separate VPC.  the ports are open (inbound) to the DB cause the license is validated for the registry.

my assumption is stopped also means some communication error, as the DB cannot query the status.

i checked the ports and on the extra machine, ports 2000-2050 are open from anywhere,

the service works (port 83)

I can get to the registry desktop (1505)

I can rdp in (5901)

I can ssh in (port 22)

so, the only ports that are left are the DT ports between components 2000-2050)

I have rechecked to make sure that they are open inbound to the DB vpc and system , and inbound to the registry vpc and system

anything else I should look at?
