  • 1.  Bulk loader task. List of not founded objects

    Hi all,

     

    I use Bulk loader for user mass update.

     

    I have created feeder file like

     

    action,uid,attribute1

    modify,username,value1

     

    and run "Modify User" task with Bulk loader.

     

    Part of users doesn't exist in user store, so I see exceptions in JBOSS log, like:

     

    10:12:58,432 ERROR [im.feeder] (pool-14-thread-6) com.ca.identitymanager.feeder.util.FeederSearchException:

    Object not found.

     

    It's OK.

     

    Also, I see following records in Bulk loader task in VST:

     

    Task History

                               

                                                                                                                                                                                   

    WORKFLOWThere was no workflow process mapped to this task.2015-11-10 10:08:46.0
    TASKSESSIONA warning object was posted to the task with text: Object not found.2015-11-10 10:08:47.0

    But I can't find names of missed users anywhere. How and where can I get such list of missed users?

     

    As I remember, in old version of IM, i.e. 12.0, name of missed user was available in Bulk loader Task history.

    Andy,

     

    Apologies for the late response.

    Please open a support case so we can start on trying to recreate your scenario. Please provide as much details as possible on how you are using the feeder file.

    Also if you can provide us with your dummy data that would be helpful.

    unfortunately, CA said that "only way to have it is enhancement request"

    Thanks Andrej,

     

    But in my case Bulk loader was working properly suddenly it started throwing this error to me..

     

    I'll raise the ticket in CA and try to find the workaround or some solution.

    Adding Provisioning role tab in the task will resolve the issue.
