SD Gateway offers One to Many integrations between CA UIM and Service Desks for Incident Management
Say NO to multiple point-to-point integrations for Incident Management. SD Gateway is a solution for Incident Management for CA products and 3rd party products. It can be incorporated into these products to help them manage integrations with multiple Service Desks. I am looking for users of CA UIM who are willing to beta this component. If you are somebody who has been managing multiple point-to-point integrations between CA UIM and Service Desks, then you are somebody who wants to help us with this effort. We support Servicenow, BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager, SAP Solution Manager, CA SDM, and CA Cloud Service Management out of the box.
