I can't seem to reply to your response to my post on the communities site
for some reason, so I will try to post by replying to this email.
Thank you, Lrralves. But I already have the latest 10 activities included
in the 'transfer' notification message template. The problem I am
encountering is that when someone replies to that email to update the
ticket, if that ticket was created via email, the 'initial' activity
action description text that is being included in the email will contain
values with the % sign, which is causing the system to do erratic things
when it tries to update the ticket with the email reply.
So my question is if there is a way to change the action description that
is posted in the activity log for the initial activity to something else
that won't have the % signs in it -- Such as the same thing that is posted
for the system description for the initial activity.
