CA Mobile app login to analyst queue failed to contact server

Hi,

 

We are on CA SD 12.9 and want to use the mobile app, we configured everything but when i login it says "login to analyst queue failed to contact server", i have gone through the CA tech doc TEC599737 and completed that as well but still no luck.

 

Could you please suggest anything on this, i have attached the error screenshot.
