    Hello Team,

     

    As we prepare to impress you all at CA World with a ton of new demos, roadmap, hands on labs, we have rolled out this year’s NPS survey for CA Spectrum.

    This is a great way to tell us candidly what you think about our direction, quality, responsiveness and/or anything else.

    You know we listen! So please take the below survey and give your candid feedback. These NPS surveys have visibility to our top management, including our CEO, underlining our our seriousness with feedback. We really want to know about our progress and areas you think we should focus on.

     

    We had a small percentage of participants last year who did not like our direction, it is absolutely fair, and we worked with them. But unfortunately only a couple of these had recorded their names and contact information. I wanted to request people to please record their names and contact, specifically if you feel we are not challenging ourselves enough. I assure you, you will hear back from me within a few days. Critique with contact information makes it a lot more actionable as we can have an open discussion and understand the problems.

    Another earnest request to take the survey - we are far below our target sample number to take it back to management.

    We have talked to a few people already based on their responses to solicit clarifications on their asks..

     

    By early next year, you will see a plan from our side for this

    So please go ahead and take the survey..

    Oh, ok, as Nagesh pointed out, I get the same thing.

     

    Looks like you need to login to the communities page and click the link from within the communities area.  I clicked the link from the email and it didn’t resolve.  Clicking the link from within the communities forum works for me too...

    Hello Team,

     

    We have only 40 responses till date. For a product with a customer base of over 1000, this sample size is not sufficient for us to go back to our exec team.

    As mentioned earlier, this survey is taken very seriously and is reported upto our CEO to take further next steps and decisions.

    So I would urge you all to take the survey. I am going to shamelessly post this on other threads as well.

    I am sorry for another note on this, but please take the survey if you haven't taken already.The system shows only 79 responses till date and the management had a target of around 200 for us

    For a customer base of 1100, 79 is sad..


    Please take the survey and show the interest in the product and help shape it...

    Wanted to reach out and thank the people who took time yesterday to take the survey - thanks!

    We had around 15 responses yesterday - and while many of them were not what we would expect, we will take them

     

    Please continue to take the survey and request others to do the same. As we have mentioned, this is a very critical exercise (at a very critical time of the year)..

    How did you open the link?

     

    I tried to open the link from the email notification and it did not work for me as well. But when I came to this page on community and then clicked on the link it worked.

     

    Can you confirm you opened the link from community page?
