I have Spectrum integrated with Service Desk.
1. Spectrum gets a process down alert for a process and a ticket is triggered in Service Desk
2. Now i get these process down traps continuously from the end device and the occurrence count increases for this alarm in Spectrum
3. Here is the real question:
i) Can i have the updated traps/event comming over again and again get updated in the ticket created by service desk if i use Update script in SD Notifier?
I am also ok if the updated event messages for the same alarm create child tickets under the parent tickets
Can this be done or Enhancement?
