I am looking for the table that holds information about Service Desk ticket (i.e. persid, and ref_num). Can someone provide me the table details
Thanks for your reply. I was able to find the table in catalog. Its ‘usm_link_ticket_request_item’ which holds the reference of request_item_id and service desk ticket number.
The table that holds the ticket information for Incidents and Requests would be the Call_Req table. The change orders are held in the Chg table.
