CA Service Management

If a software asset is allocated to 'hardware asset1'..it works and mapping done.

Same software asset is allocated to 'hardware asset2'..it works and mapping done.

But..The software asset allocation to 'Hardware asset1' is removed..

This happens with all new software assets created and some of existing software assets.

Support issue is with Sustained engineering team.

Did anyone face this problem for ITAM 12.x to 14.1 upgrade?

Thanks for the comments, The Test fix T57T055 created by Development team fixed the allocations problem.
