Hi, i need activate this function in SD.
When a ticket change status to RE (Resuelto) i need activate a process in pam, but not appear the process available in SD.
i have a process in pam and have a request start form but in SD no appear this RSF.
HELP PLEASE!!

Only agregate ta word macro in tab Properties of SRF in PAM and now show a process in Service Desk.
