Hi, this problem has solved, the error is in the creation ticket in Service Catalog related with ticket in ServiceDesk not asigned the persid in mdb, after solved this, the process is OK.
I believe that error means the login from PAM to ServiceDesk is invalid. Check on the Configuration tab and the Modules tab and double click the ServiceDesk module to verify the login credentials are correct. If you need to modify this you will need to lock the Domain first and then go back into this module.
