    Hi All,

     

    I've been noticing some strange behaviour when querying alarms. It seems if I use some query like "show me all alarms containing the substring 'device not'" it doesn't show me the 'DEVICE NOT RESPONDING TO POLLS' alarm, but shows me custom alarms containing this text.


    I use the 'substring case independent' so it's not that. It's like it doesn't show some alarms - but does others.

     

    Has anyone come across this before? I'll raise a ticket but it would be interesting to see if others have seen this behaviour.


    I'm using 10.0 but have seen this with 9.2.x as well so think it has been around for a while.
