I'm with a problem at the IT PAM 4.2 SP02 and CA SDM Integration.
The ticket is currently in status Pending approval but the task is not in the PAM module.
Message error in the CA SDM: There is a problem accessing CA IT PAM Workflow - please try again or contact the administrator. Details: The instance does not exist. It may have been archived. Refresh the screen.
What this currently happening? Can you help me, please?
