i am not able to export my incident list. its just loading n loading. nothing going on.
im using IE v8 . it was fine earlier. but now, loading just..
Does the screen time out at some point? Are any messages logged into the stdlog or jsrvr.log files?
In the past when we had problems with Export not working the root cause was usually one of the following:
1. the tomcat engine that was responsible for performing the Export had crashed and needed a restart
2. the IE browser security settings did not allow mixed content
You mention that it was fine earlier, are you aware of anything that has changed in your environment? Does Export behave this way for everyone or just you? If everyone then I would suspect something on the server-side; however if only for you then perhaps a browser issue is more probable.
We have the same problem here and as a solution we use the tomcat stopt/start but we do not know the root cause for this behaviour. Do anyone know if i try to increase the tomcat size on the nx.env would work?
pdm_tomcat_nxd -c stop
pdm_tomcat_nxd -c start
We would need to examine the logs within the NX_ROOT\LOGs folder and the .HIS file.
Has a support issue been opened for this?

This issue from the user end not the server side.
So I guess no need to open a case.
From the user's machine, if you ping SDM hostname, does it return ipaddress? Also, try using Fiddler trace for working and non working scenario to find the differences.
