  • 1.  Customize View Submitted Tasks in CA IDM

    I am trying to customize the default view submitted task in which a user having a particular  admin role can view all the tasks submitted by other admin who have that same admin role.

     

    I created the copy of view submitted task and under tab is the submitted task ,

    In Submitted tasks,  under configured search on

    I have selected the user search screen where I have put the default search filter as any user having that particuler role.

     

    However, on selecting the view submitted task i get all the results which are submitted by all the users not just users who have that admin role.

     

    Is there any way we can cutomize the user search screen?

    Hi Palak,

     

    It may be worth while to open a support case on this. Can you please add one or more screen shots showing the copy of the View Submitted Tasks and the unfiltered search result?

     

    If it's too many screen shots (which I guess it could be) then either you can zip them and add here or otherwise , perhaps consider opening a support case and adding it there.
