I have recently upgraded from CA sdm 12.5 to 14.1. I can see that the scoreboard on employee interface is not getting updated. Even after raising couple of tickets (Request & incident) the scoreboard shows "you have 0 open Requests/Incidents". on the HOME.HTMPL I can see only <PDM_SCOREBOARD>, please guide me to where is this tag/data being updated from or through which script and where can it be found?
Please note: its not customized yet. Its a default home.htmpl from bopcfg.
