no, i just made replica server of my production, successfully restore mdb but this issue is coming.
and how about console?
perform this actions:
- open sdm;
- hit F12 and switch to Console;
- click on Scoreboard filter;
if some errors appear, post it here.
pls tell where will i find scoreboard in it
scoreboard filter is displayed on screenshot in your first post
other words: perform actions to get error that you posted with console open.
i didnt find any error still on console...
next step will be stdlog files analyse

But this is still not working.I just tried this now. By default it was 500. I set it to 800 but issue still persist.

Do you have exactly the same patches on this new machine as on PROD? It may well be that the screens you have are not completely compatible with the patch level...
Try changing the below values in web.cfg followed by recycle of services to see if it works.
But the issue still persist
