Unable To Search In Forward Cars Demo

I'm attempting to run through the Forward Cars Demo Tutorial.

Step 1 works fine.  The app starts up and I can access it via my web browser.

Step 2 however is having a problem.  Whenever I click the "Search" from the top of the app, I immediately get the following error in the "Cars Demo ESB" console output and cannot submit the search form.

Has anyone else encountered this or have any idea how I can fix it?

Thanks,

Jeff
