The CA Performance Management Team will be conducting usability interviews in January and February focusing on Operations (L1 & L2) and Network Engineering (L1 & L2) CA Performance Management (CAPM) and CA Performance Center (CAPC) use cases.
We are looking for volunteers to participate in 60 minute sessions broken into 2 sections:
- Discuss your use of the CAPM/CAPC product as it relates to your role within your organization
- Provide your suggestions and concerns related to product usability
The sessions will be held via WebEx hosted by CA Technologies and ideally we would ask volunteers to demonstrate their actual use of the product within their environment. This is a great opportunity for USERS of the product to provide direct feedback to the User Experience and Product Management teams within the CA Performance Center product. - Your organization name and estimated size of your monitoring
- Times and days that would work best for your team
- Number of and type of Roles that will be represented during the session
- An email address to be used for WebEx scheduling purposes
